In America, one issue has single-handedly shut down the American government. Well, its opposition and has shut down the government in disagreement and disgust over the changes, now implemented as law. Talks have broken down and President Obama has stood firm amidst a collapse in government negotiations. Once again, "entitlements" are at the center of a political debate.
