Last week when gospel music collided with corn dogs turkey legs and Big Tex, people wondered what the outcome would be. Religious music on the midway, would Texas be ready for that? It didn't take long for an emphatic yes to envelop the Chevy Main Stage, sight of "A Night of Gospel" at the Texas State Fair.
