SoulProsper Radio has made a name for itself playing one of the best collections of gospel music, comprised of independent and mainstream artists. Christmas time is no different and the Stellar Award nominated station has a stellar playlist of today's hottest Christmas music from your favorite gospel artists. The Christmas music playlist is growing with each day, but these ten stand out!
Let's be clear, Ms. Anita Wilson can do no musical wrong! Her breakout hit "Jesus Will" endeared her to listeners everywhere and was the quintessential compliment to her predecessors in Chicago, the birthplace of gospel music. With her sophomore album, "Vintage Worship", Wilson has provided more of the soulful sound now synonymous with her name. "Family Christmas" is Wilson's contribution to Christmas music this year and it does not disappoint! The song is so full of classic soul, you'll throw a Christmas party just to dance to it! Anita Wilson is clearly in a giving mood and has made the song free, for a limited time only!

This Is My Wish
First things first, The Walls Group aren't kids anymore! Who let gospel music's favorite kid group grow up? Well, you'll be glad the kid quartet has grown up. The harmonies are more advanced and their sound is richer than ever. TWG has released a Christmas EP entitled "Sounds of Christmas" which can be heard on Soundcloud. and downloaded for FREE via Amazon Music.
The EP includes an amazing rendition of the Vince Guaraldi classic: "Christmas Time Is Here", the churchy standard "Jesus, Oh What A Wonderful Child" and an original: "This Is My Wish".
Love of Christmas
Crystal Cameron's "Love of Christmas" features Jamaican dancehall and raggae legend Papa San. “Love of Christmas” was birthed from an impromptu writing session ahead of a 2013 live appearance. As a featured guest on the Detective Gomez show (from the "Cheaters" television show), found herself without original Christmas music to perform. That was only until she picked up her guitar and commenced writing. Within mere moments, this holiday smash was birthed.
Want to add "Love of Christmas" or the raggaeton remix to your Christmas playlist? Buy it here.
Born in Bethlehem
With a sound described as "urban gospel", "Born in Bethlehem" has a light rock/adult contemporary sound that millenials and crossover audiences alike will enjoy. The song is short in comparison to most radio singles, but if you want more from Anthony Nelson & The Overcomers, you should grab their single "Broken". Their forthcoming album "Love God Love People" will release soon.
Christmas Is Here
Danetra Moore first graced the mainstream gospel stage on BET Sunday Best. Following a semifinal finish on the show, Moore continued touring with Ledisi and has come into her own as a well established solo artist on the Tyscot Records roster.
